Our Journey of Growth
Our firm has experienced a long history of development and growth. They started out as the birthchild of the two solo practices belonged to Roger Flood and Billy Kallus. Steve Yen became another managing partner in 1999, after which Akash Gupta acquired the firm in 2019. While our firm has changed ownerships, we have amassed a sizable client portfolio with extensive knowledge.
